1. Stay connected with your team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be serious, be strict but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be friendly. That way, your team will understand your intentions better and work together to achieve the goal you are trying to reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Get them motivated<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trying to achieve something with a team that is not motivated is like going on a ride with low gas! It is up to you to ensure your team understands what they are working for and how the results are going to impact each and everyone’s life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Lead your team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a manager is not just about manager your team and ensuring work is done. You should also be a good leader, who makes effective decisions and choose between what’s right, and what’s not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Set an example<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The performance of your team can be impacted by how well your own performance is! So, make sure you spread that energy to motivate people in getting things done. Make them understand your passion, and what you are trying to achieve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Celebrate success<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your goal is achieved, don’t just rush your team onto the next one! This can be highly demotivating. Don’t forget to take time to appreciate the efforts every one has put in for the success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
