Centre A business spaces offer fully serviced and managed Private Offices, Virtual Offices, Dedicated Coworking Spaces, Flexi-Desks, and Meeting & Conference rooms. Centre A also does custom built enterprise offices as per request.

Centre A is located right in the heart of Kochi’s Central Business District on MG Road. Just 50 meters away from the MG Road Central metro station and close to major hotels, banks, restaurants, and malls in Kochi, Centre A is the best choice to opt for if your planning to set up and expand your business in Kochi.

There is no minimum lease period for our office spaces. You can choose to rent our spaces anywhere between one day to one month, to a year.

Centre A’s private offices start from a 3-seater and goes all the way to a 20-seater. We also built enterprise offices for any requirement above 35-40 seats.

In our coworking spaces, we have both dedicated desks and flexi-desks. Our customers can choose a single desk or multiple desks within our coworking space.

About our meeting and conference rooms, we have 6-seater, 8-seater, 10-seater, and 16-seater meeting rooms as well as VIP Rooms for highly personalized and private meetings.

Our coworking spaces start at INR. 8,000 per desk per month and our Private Offices start from INR. 35,000 for a 3 to 4 seater office.

Private Offices:

Car and Bike Parking is complimentary and on a first come first serve basis for all Private Office clients. Car parking is limited to a maximum of 1 Car per client per private office suite.

Coworking Spaces:

Bike parking is complimentary for all coworking clients on a first come first serve basis.

Our in-house clients can book the meeting rooms by just making a reservation just 15 minutes before the meeting without paying any reservation fee. For other clients, we require a minimum 50% upfront payment before the meeting date. Meeting rooms will be subject to availability.

In the case of external client bookings, if the meeting is canceled on the day of the booking, there will be no refund. If the meeting booking is canceled 24 hours before the meeting, then the client will be refunded 50% of the total meeting room cost.

Yes, our meeting room clients will get car parking facility in our guest parking area. Car parking for meeting rooms clients will depend on availability and first come first serve basis.

Complimentary access will be to our coworking spaces where you will be given a free tour of our Centre and all our services and facilities.

Yes, we have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plans for both private offices and coworking spaces. We can also help you configure your own plan that suits your business need.

For Virtual Offices, we will need a minimum commitment of 3 months. However, payment can be made monthly.

Our meeting rooms can be booked for as short as 15 minutes.

There is a coffee shop that serves light snacks, hot and cold beverages. We also have an entertainment area on the rooftop that our clients can use to relax, have fun or even have their group meetings/lunch etc.

Yes, you will have 24X7 access to our office space at Centre A. We are open 365 days!

Apart from your own laptops or desktops, nothing else. We provide everything. We also have a central printing station, but you can feel free to bring your own printers.
