Drink a lot of water :

Schedule a walking meeting :

Stay away from heels on regular workdays :
Ladies, you may love heels, but according to a study published in ‘The Journal of Applied Physiology,’ researchers state that long term high heels can disturb the muscle efficiency of your calf muscles. On regular workdays go for bellies or flat slip-on and use heels for occasions.
Take breaks :
